Hey, I’m Roxana
Career coaching for professionals navigating pivots, leadership, and performance.
My Coaching Story
My first interaction with coaching was back in 2013. I didn’t go looking for a new career. I went in with a mix of pure curiosity and a bit of frustration. At the time, I was struggling to balance a relentless professional calendar with my personal life, particularly my relationship with my sisters. I walked into my first coaching session, believing that I was the only one putting in the effort and feeling frustrated by the lack of reciprocity.
I showed up to that session open, vulnerable and solution-oriented. I wanted a "fix." Instead, my coach offered a metaphor that I carry with me to this day: A relationship is like a ribbon held at each end by two people. I realized that, fueled by the best intentions, I was pulling so hard on my end that I was forcing my way into the relationship. I wasn't leaving any room for them to hold their side. Today, whether in my personal life or with my clients, I focus on taking care of my half of the ribbon while creating the space for others to step into theirs.
The Heart: The Evolution of a Practice
And with that first "ribbon" moment, the seed was planted in my heart. I knew early on that one day I wanted to facilitate that same kind of impact for others. In 2020, I began my formal training with Alain Cardon at Metasysteme, which provided the systemic fundamentals of my practice. Best decision ever!
Since then, I am committed to my continuous development as a coach with the purpose of serving my clients. I’ve expanded my approach through Co-active Coaching (2023–2024) and integrated data-driven talent development as a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach (2025).
The Head: 15 Years of Tech Strategy
While my coaching approach is rooted in partnership, empathy and reflection, it is supported by 15 years of experience in the tech industry. For more than a decade I contributed to the constantly changing world of recruitment at Fitbit and currently at Google. I know the other side of the table very well, reviewing thousands of profiles, designing talent strategies and understanding exactly what drives success in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Impact
Over the past six years, I have coached more than 50 managers, leaders, and individual contributors across EMEA, APAC, and the US. Those I work with told me that our coaching sessions feel naturally inspiring and easy to navigate, even when complex challenges or uncomfortable situations are approached.
Beyond the Sessions
When I’m not holding space for my clients you could find me: reading, at the gym, having fun while aunting, learning Spanish on Duolingo, enjoying a hike or a bike ride, re-watching Seinfeld, or simply enjoying life over a good coffee or a nice meal with my dear ones. I have a cat, Zuzu, sometimes she joins the virtual coaching session.
